Currently characters such as À or É (yeah we french people are weird)
aren't converted to their non-accentuated equivalents. Here's a patch +
tests that adds support for the following characters : À, Á, Å, Â, È, É,
Ê, Ẽ, Ë, Ì, Í, Î, Ò, Ó, Ô, Ø, Ù, Ú, Ů, Û, Ç, Ñ, Æ, Œ, œ[[BR]][[BR]]
It's based on the 1.3-inflector branch from thechaw :
