#6423: saveAll() does not check to see if a transaction is already in progress

 If I start a transaction using $db->begin() and then run saveAll(), it
 will end my transaction.


 I think the correct action would be to check to see if a transaction is
 already in progress, and only commit or rollback if the transaction
 started within saveAll().

 The attached diff is for cake/libs/model/model.php
