Comment:

 Have to reopen this one, as there is a remaining minor issue. If you
 specify a date format that does not include month, like 'Y' for example,
 the label still uses 'Month' in the 'for' attribute (i.e.
 'QuoteEndDateMonth'), thus not validating since only the Year dropdown is
 present. Not a major issue, but shouldn't be too hard to fix hopefully.
