#6444: CacheHelper should include $_GET-Parameters

The CacheHelper ignores all $_GET-Parameters. In my opinion this is
suboptimal. In my search, I pass the search-query over GET:
{{{
<form action="/articles/search" method="get">
<input type="text" name="query" />
<input type="submit" />
</form>
}}}
But I'm not able to cache the results, because the search is cached only
one time, regardless of the query.
