#6467: cake bake on another drive fails

Doing cake bake in d:\www sets the working path to d:\/www\ which breaks
the whole script. If I specify with -app or with answering no in the first
step och the script I can get it to run but it wont write config files in
last step since it wants d:\/config which isnt there.
