#6474: console api doesn't get all function name.

The function which has no argument isn't listed in console api
result.[[BR]]
For example, do "cake api controller", it doesn't show
controller::validation() in the list of methods.[[BR]]

This Problem is occured by pattern match code in the parseClass method.
