 Neither adding `//` nor `$this->render(); exit();` work for me. What works
 for me is `Configure::write('debug',0);` but one really hopes for a better
 solution. (`//` probably fails for me because the client side parser,
 jQuery in my case, is not parsing arbitrary JavaScript?)
