Comment:
We will not be implementing this due to possibly large application
backwards compatibility problems. This behavior has been consistent & the
same in CakePHP for a long time, and the trouble caused by changing a
silly little default behavior like this far outweighs the possible
problems for people upgrading to a newer version & having their
application logic subtly altered.
