#769: debian : cannot start lsh-server

I'm trying to automatically start lshd on boot time so I modified
/etc/initng/daemon/sshd.i to point to lshd executable and to his pid file
but no luck. If I launch lshd from shell it says : lshd: Could not bind
any address.
