 'ngc -u daemon/mpd' or 'ngc -u mpd' appears to be attempting to start
 daemon/snmpd rather than daemon/mpd.

 The system log still says "starting daemon/mpd" but the error recieved
 relates to nonexistance of /usr/sbin/snmpd, indicating it has attempted to
 read daemon/snmpd.i

 Removing daemon/snmpd.i and running 'ngc -R' caused the behaviour to
 return to normal, but this is not a long-term solution
