(In [1492]) allow configurable sources for HTTP_HOST (currently not used),
HTTPS, REQUEST_METHOD, SERVER_NAME and SERVER_PORT in WebRequest. Use any
of these as the parameter names in the configuration parameter sources,
e.g. <parameter name=sources><parameter
name=SERVER_NAME>HTTP_X_FORWARDED_SERVER</parameter></parameter>. Closes
#388
