Comment:
The idea is the following: the default actions create a renderer in code
and use that so they always work, even if the user, for example, switches
the only configured default renderer to smarty or something else. Then,
404 actions etc wouldn't work anymore and throw awful exceptions. Users
are expected to replace the default actions created by Agavi with custom
ones.
