(In [1932]) automatic generation of WSDL works now, but several things are
still missing: handler/location/action/address cannot be defined properly
yet, same for type definitions, and there's a huge problem with the target
namespace as we can't generate xmlns declarations from inside XSL (I
think), refs #514
