"Agavi 0.11.0-dev" becomes "Agavi/0.11.0-dev" then. Also affects
{{{agavi.info}}}, which is "{{{agavi.release}}} ({{{agavi.url}}})". Much
more inline with other projects, e.g. "Apache/1.3.33", "PHP/5.2.2",
"Mozilla/5.0" and so on. They all have it this way.
