If {{{core.use_logging}}} is on, then the FPF will log the HTML response
body if a DOM parse error occurs.
The parameter {{{log_parse_errors}}} can be used to disable the logging;
default is enabled. {{{logging_severity}}} defaults to
{{{AgaviLogger::FATAL}}}, and the {{{logging_logger}}} parameter can be
used to log to a specific logger (by name) instead of to all loggers.
