#583: Property templates.dir.current not reset in src/build.xml

There are a few instances where the templates.dir.current is not properly
reset, which causes using a templates.dir in a build.properties file to
fail.
The issues occurs because the templates.dir.current gets set appropriately
to templates.dir, then never back to templates.dir.default. This causes an
"agavi project" failure if you only override some of the files. This issue
is mostly confined to the project target.
