I don't think this should be treated as low priority. This effectively
makes is impossible to use agavi apps behind loadbalances that only speak
HTTP/1.0 as backend protocol (for whatever reason the hoster in question
cannot enable HTTP/1.1). And it violates the HTTP Standard, at least a
'Version not supported' response should be sent as a reply to a HTTP/1.0
requests.
