One of the few big user-visible enhancements of 1.0. The approach will
likely be to have {{{executeStep1()}}} etc in the action, request method
changed via routing, and a mechanism to automatically pass on the values
as hidden fields (or maybe session, but that's uncool for multiple
operations, and would need another mechanism to move the data from session
to the request data holder transparently)
