Chris,
I've given this some thought. I'm wondering if
{{{AgaviExecutionContainer::createExecutionContainer()}}} should do this,
or if it should be done in {{{AgaviView::createForwardContainer()}}} only.
I'll ponder it a bit more; feel free to toss in your opinion in the
meantime.
