Ah. Good catch. I guess we'd still run into trouble if people use non-UTF8
exception messages, but that's their problem then - they can make their
own exception template or whatever. Don't want to go through the hassle of
adding encoding detection and whatever. Ah man, can't wait for PHP6 to
finally fix this huge mess once and for all.
