More stuff to be done:
* factor out code from {{{gen()}}} methods
* allow {{{$ro->gen('+rss')}}} which would generate the current routes
plus {{{rss}}}
* move {{{Routing::gen()}}} to {{{Routing::doGen()}}} so subclasses can
overwrite that one independently
