I think the error message is verbose enough like this. You only need
{{{FollowSymLinks}}} if you are using symbolic links somewhere, in which
case you likely know what you're doing.
If we have {{{+FollowSymLinks}}} in there, then that needs to be enabled
in {{{AllowOverride}}} in {{{httpd.conf}}} or the vhost config. Either
way, it's likely more hassle than benefit to most users.
Closing as wontfix; feel free to comment on this again, or, better, bring
it up on the dev mailing list.
