Yes, this was happening in development mode.
We first thought, that we were getting the error, when agavi was trying to
write the files.
This assumption was wrong. A brief look at the source revealed that
the error is based on concurrent requests trying to read their config
cache
the same time an other has deleted them during startup. From our point of
perspective this ticket can be closed as the reported behaviour may not be
great (for people developing in the same wc) but meets the expectations
implied by the source and is therefore not a bug.
