* {{{openlog()}}} if necessary, i.e. if {{{ident}}} or {{{option}}}
(default {{{LOG_ODELAY}}} or {{{facility}}} (default {{{LOG_USER}}}) are
configured). Must allow ORing of {{{option}}} etc
* Needs to read severity from the message for the {{{syslog()}}} call
(most rely on {{{__toString()}}})
* Needs to map {{{AgaviILogger::*}}} consts to {{{LOG_*}}} (but not
{{{LOG_EMERG}}} or {{{LOG_ALERT}}})
