Call the Sample app with a URL such as {{{/we/fail}}}, and you'll get an
{{{AgaviException}}}:
Specified locale identifier w...@currency=gbp which has no matching
available locale defined
That, of course, is not good, because in that specific case, a callback
checks the locale value and then maybe even fixes it.
