(In [4093]) - made the AgaviFlowTestCase work on the routing input only
and dispatch a full framework run
- new AgaviContainerTestCase that works like the old AgaviFlowTestCase
- changed the way the base AgaviFragmentTestCase creates the
ExecutionFilter
- resulting changes in the View and ActionTestCase
