1. (#1130) is taken care of (wontfix, proper ticket is #1136)
1. I discovered that, too, before looking at this ticket, so I fixed it
already :) (#1135)
1. needs a separate ticket please (please use your email address in the
reporter field, it will never be displayed, but you receive change
notification emails)
I also updated the API docs, thanks for pointing out that they were
outdated.
As stated above, please open a dedicated ticket for the third issue that
appears to be caused by {{{AgaviDecimalFormatter}}}.
