In PHPTAL 1.2 they removed all constants (except PHPTAL_VERSION), so
PHPTAL_PHP_CODE_DESTINATION cannot be used to set the path for compiled
templates.
The right way to set it is by using PHPTAL::setPhpCodeDestination().
