 The agavi script, for example

 agavi action-create

does not fail when the incorrect capitalisation of module names are used.
For example, if the module "Admin" exists, but during the script "admin"
is entered, the script does not output an error message, and class names
and paths generated use "admin", which can fail at runtime.
