That line has been a comment for months and years... is that the actual
notice that gets thrown? Do you have modifications to that file? Or is it
maybe a different file? I would expect the notice to occur in
{{{AgaviRequestDataHolder.class.php}}}.
A backtrace would also be useful; XDebug will give you one when enabled.
