Okay, so...
{{{http://pear.agavi.org/Chiara_PEAR_Server_REST/r/agavi/stable.txt}}} has
the latest stable version. For reasons I cannot understand, the stupid web
interface puts {{{0.11.8}}} in there even though 1.0.1 (which was released
before 0.11.8) is a bigger version.
Now you'd think that changing the contents of that file (by hand) to
{{{1.0.1}}} would fix it.
Nope.
So what else has the version information...
Ah-hah,
{{{http://pear.agavi.org/Chiara_PEAR_Server_REST/r/agavi/allpackages.xml}}} lists
them in a particular order. Interesting. So let's move {{{0.11.8}}} behind
{{{1.0.1}}}. By hand, mind you. Surely that would fix it.
Nope.
So the next thing you find is
{{{http://pear.agavi.org/Chiara_PEAR_Server_REST/c/Default/packagesinfo.xml}}}
also lists all version numbers for all packages in that category. How
wonderfully redundant. So let's move {{{0.11.8}}} behind {{{1.0.1}}} in
that file, too. Is it fixed now?
Yes.
Good job, PEAR.
