The changes for #1181 in [source:tags/1.0.2RC3 1.0.2RC3] use
{{{Propel::getConfiguration(PropelConfiguration::TYPE_OBJECT)}}} which was
never in the stable 1.3.0, but only added later to the 1.3 branch.
As a result, 1.3.0 now doesn't work anymore.
That's sad, because adding the necessary code will mean that we can never
clean up half or so of the class without dropping support for 1.3 :(
