The {{{AgaviSeleniumTestCase}}}-class extends
{{{PHPUnit_Framework_SeleniumTestCase}}}, however, that class does not
exist. The proper class to extend is
{{{PHPUnit_Extensions_SeleniumTestCase}}}.
