Desirable under certain circumstances, e.g. like when parsing XHTML in
HTML mode (for certain HTML5 quirks), {{{LIBXML_NOEMPTYTAG}}} is a
desirable option. libxml will then not collapse empty tags to self-closing
variants (but will leave self-closed tags in the source as they are).
