* {{{assert…HasNo…}}}
* {{{assertHasNot…}}}
So maybe it could be a little bit more consistent with what is there
already (e.g. if there's an {{{assertHasLayer()}}}, it should be
{{{assertNotHasLayer()}}} IMO).
Other than that, Felix needs to decide whether this should go into
milestone:1.0.4 or milestone:1.1
