#1293: AgaviNumberValidator fails with swedish locale for negative numbers

With swedish locale trying to input "-1" to AgaviNumberValidator the
validator fails with "type" error. With other locales tried (English,
Finnish) this isn't reproducable.
Attached will be a patch against sample app for reproducing (added swedish
locale and an input with validation for the login form)
