#1331: PHPUnit 3.5 compatibility

Now uses an autoloader and brings a bunch of other changes. We should try
and get rid of that command line parsing stuff we have; right now, we have
to make changes every time PHPUnit has a new cmdline flag, that sucks.
Might be smarter to move this to milestone:1.1 and simply require PHPUnit
3.5 if the modifications needed prove to hard to implement in parallel
with PHPUnit 3.4 compatibility.
