Comment:
Attribute {{{class}}} on {{{<appender>}}}, {{{<logger>}}} and
{{{<layout>}}} has this problem. They should also check if a given class
exists.
No check is performed either to see if the {{{layout}}} attribute on
{{{<appender>}}} contains a declared layout. Same for
{{{<appender>}}} tags inside {{{<logger>}}}.
