#1444 added a flag for {{{AgaviTesting::dispatch()}}} to optionally exit
with an appropriate shell status code that indicates success or
failures/errors; we should change this to default to {{{true}}} for 1.1 to
be consistent with PHPUnit and the Agavi console stuff.
