With the new options for streams and pointers and the exporting to
different sources, {{{AgaviUploadedFile}}} is likely to be used in
userland as well,so it's no longer a good idea to remove the temporary
file of an upload in {{{AgaviUploadedFile::__destruct()}}} in case a user
sets "tmp_name".
