{{{AgaviUnitTestCase}}} and {{{AgaviFragmentTestCase}}} have it, but not
{{{AgaviFlowTestCase}}} (there is an
{{{AgaviFlowTestCase::getContext()}}} in trunk, but it always returns the
default context).
