Hi all, We updated the I-D to the 3rd version, mainly to fulfill the requirements from the IETF validation tool. There are also quite a few other improvements. Thanks to the discussions with Mahesh and others during the IETF 94th meeting, and the comments raised by Tal and Benoit in this mailing list. Any further opinions are greatly welcome.
