Is there a plugin that would allow one to attach notes or comments to a displayed tiddler -- the would reference in some way what specifically is being commented on, that could be appended without opening the tiddler for editing, that would display only when moused over.
My imagination tells me it's too much to hope for, but thought I'd check.
