Hi Alan, the easiest way I can think of would be using a tiddler's slices for each day like this:
| Breakfast_time | Breakfast_reading | | Lunch_time | Lunch_reading | | Dinner_time | Dinner_reading | | Bed_time | Bed_reading | | Notes | (freeform) | (the date is added to the tiddler automatically).
