thanks for the prompt reply . . .

what i'd done in the past was make the toolbar text invisible (whether
by color match to background or by transparency i'm still not sure)
but i did manage to 'override' it by defining '.toolbar .button' . . .
granted it kinda sets the parms then stomps it with a redundant
setting, but hey. . . it works
