FiddlyWiki is a tweaked, styled, and plugged in TiddlyWiki made especially for extensive note-taking and hypertext writing. It is very simple, but has a number of modifications designed to make it more useful for large amounts of text, such as in academic writing. Plus the SeaAndSand stylesheet is easy on the eyes.
