with a tiddlyspot TW you'll find a WelcomeToTiddlyspot shadowed tiddler which only ask for the password - since all other settings are already stored with TspotSetupPlugin. This alone should do for an upload. TspotSetupPlugin also sets the SiteUrl shadowed tiddler to your actual server address. If that still would be the default http://www.tiddlywiki.com/ than something with this plugin might not work in your case.
