Hi Wolfgang, I've cleaned up my code significantly and made some massive changes including allowing panning/zooming of the graph, loading all nodes at start up, installation.
Check it out at tiddlytagmindmap.tiddlyspot.com I'm hoping this addresses quite a few of the differences between hypergraph and the early version of the plugin.
