Thanks Eric, I found that the key to getting the plugin to work is to have the js file in my own home directory....it doesn't seem to work when I am trying to link to an external source.
I haven't had a chance to test yet, but it looks like JS-Kit Comments is a good solution to web based comments if your TW is on a web server.
