You must *never* use the browser's File>Save As command (or the right- click popup menu's "Save Page As..." command) to save a TW document. This is because the browser doesn't actually save the file that it read in... rather, it saves a transcription of the document content that is currently loaded into the browser's internal data structures. Unfortunately, this internal representation does not retain the original unmodified source definitions as read in from the file.
